TeleSana live for patients

A live TV-program in cooperation with n-tv, the German news channel, is broadcasted to patients in the waiting zones of medical practices and healthcare facilities. Up-to-date live-news and other parts of the n-tv program together with reports on medical and further health issues are feeding and entertaining the patients covering hereby especially the increasing demand for information and education on disease prevention, nutrition, therapeutic offers and other health-related themes.

Additionally doctors and hospitals can present to their visitors their range of services and individual medical offers in a professional and media-efficient way within the TeleSana live program.

Market research proofs outstanding acceptance
Market research was one of the major tasks during the pilot phase of TeleSana. An independent market research institute inquired acceptance of programme and technology at all participating sites. High approval rates are confirming the TeleSana concept in its entirety:

- Approx. 85 % have seen the TeleSana-program

- Approx. 80 % assigned good and excellent marks to the essential parts of content; news and.health information.

- For 80% of the questioned people waiting-time was shortened by TeleSana.
